Company Background

The company was established in March 2002 by Alfredo JONES with UK & International Investments and the significant portfolio of the Estate of the heirs of Maximilliano Cipriano JONES, a philanthropist who owned most of the land and buildings in the cities of Malabo & Luba in Equatorial Guinea.

We are based in Luba & Malabo and to date we are developing a number of sites in both cities. We are also looking further afield for opportunities to deliver intelligently designed properties in cities and town centres across Equatorial Guinea and also the Gulf Coast of Guinea.

ARE is able to put to practice its development plans in a variety of ways and operates:

• Independently with commercial developers where appropriate to create major mixed-use schemes

• In partnership to deliver mixed-use schemes with a significant residential, commercial & industrial component

• Independently to create high quality, purely residential schemes

On all developments we use highly skilled professionals, quality materials and the highest standards in building practices.
