ARE is a property development, construction, property holding & property management company that specialises in developing Brownfield & Greenfield sites out of town, in town and city-centre locations. We bring new life to sites that have previously been derelict or just countryside, by creating places where people want to live, work and socialise.

Unlike more traditional house builders, ARE has a flexible approach to finding the optimum mixture of residential, commercial & industrial projects schemes. On some sites we retain and refurbish existing historic buildings as part of the overall design, while other sites demand entirely contemporary buildings. Whatever the size and style of the development, our aim is always to deliver an imaginative integrated solution that is unique to that location.
